On December 19, 2022, the Armenian Association of Political Scientists and the Autonomous Non-profit Organization "Smart Civilization" (Moscow, Russia) signed an Agreement on cooperation, the goals of which are to establish and develop scientific, technical, cultural, social and humanitarian cooperation.

The parties will organize mutual visits of delegations and specialists, including for joint seminars and presentations, where current projects of organizations will be discussed, hold joint and invite each other to international and local events and programs.

It is planned to discuss joint research projects, regularly exchange information about their activities and experience in accordance with the rules and regulations adopted by them.

The parties will participate in the creation of the media platform "Diplomacy of Knowledge: Global Competencies and Competencies of the Future", aggregating information about NGOs and NGOs in the world.
