Atom Mkhitaryan, Co-Chairman of the Armenian Association of Political Scientists (APA) made a working visit to France, Croatia and Italy in April-May.
First, within the framework of the ArmDoct capacity building program implemented within the European Union ERASMUS+ program at Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University in France, A. Mkhitaryan presented the principles of joint activity of universities at the third level of higher education. An agreement was reached to launch a jurisprudential-oriented doctoral educational program in the near future.
Then Atom Mkhitaryan, as a member of the board of the European Network of Education Policy Centers (NEPC), participated in the regular meeting of the board in Zagreb. As a result, the strategy of the Network was developed and the action plan for the coming year was approved.
On May 21-27 A. Mkhitaryan participated in the international week organized at Tusha University in Italy. An agreement was reached with the vice-rector for international relations and research works to deepen the cooperation between the universities, as well as to start the program of the joint research doctoral school.
